Kerim Karaoglu is a Berlin-based composer and sound designer working in the field of animation movies, contemporary dance/theater and audio-visual performances.
He studied electronic composition, audio engineering and analog & digital sound processing and graduated with a diploma from ICEM (Institute for Computer Music and Electronic Media) at Folkwang University of Arts in Essen/Germany.
His works and collaboration projects were presented at several events and festivals such as ZKM/Karlsruhe,Musicacoustica/Beijing, ISEA-2010/Essen, Ars Electronica/Linz, BIAN 2012/Montreal/CA, Istanbul Modern/TR, RHContemporary/NYC etc.
